If you have lost your internet connection, there are two categories you will fall in: Internal or external failure. Internal failures are found in the hardware and software settings of your computer. These can be a simple setting change, software or firewall conflicts, or hardware failures. All of these are resolvable. External failures originate from either local or ISP based networking settings or hardware. OCC can resolve all issues with local failures with a worst case scenario of hardware replacement. Failures due to your ISP (internet service provider) such as Time Warner, AT&T, Grande Communications etc are more difficult to resolve as they are controlled by a third party. Often OCC can establish if this is the case by a free phone consultation, other times OCC may have to establish this on site.
